Our in-house catering team provide freshly made meals cooked from scratch using ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
The lunchtime choice and menus have been developed in consultation with our children to tempt young palates and offer healthy food both in content and preparation.
Our menus adhere to nutritional regulations.
We have taken children’s favourite dishes and made them healthier using fresh ingredients.
School dinners are priced at £2.00 each and our fresh deli-bar option is always available to children. Please see below for how to pay for school meals.
All children must have either packed lunches OR school meals.
You must inform the school office 1 week in advance of changing from one to the other, by emailing email@example.com
Please see below for our school menu

Packed lunches must NOT contain any NUT based products, we have children in school with severe allergies. Please help us to keep them safe. Check snack bars when packing lunches in particular:- Kinder Bueno, Nutella and Muesli bars can all contain nuts

Universal Infant Free School Meals
All children in Foundation 2, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a Universal Infant Free School Meal (UIFSM). This does not depend on your household income or whether you receive any benefits – every child in these year groups is eligible to take up the offer.
If your child is in Foundation 2, Year 1 or Year 2, they will receive a UIFSM. However, if you meet the eligibility criteria for free school meals above, it is extremely important that you claim for this. Schools receive Pupil Premium funding from the government for every child that is or has been registered for Free School Meals at any time in the last six years.
For further information on how we use the Pupil Premium Grant at Lingham Primary School, please see the Pupil Premium Strategy Statement published on this website.
